Get in touch about boiler servicing in London
Use the quick form if you know what you need, or the step by step questions if you would rather be guided. Either way the details go straight through.
While you wait
If you smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide
- Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away. It is free and open all day, every day.
- Turn off the gas at the meter if you can reach it safely. The lever is usually beside the meter, turn it so it sits across the pipe.
- Open doors and windows to let air in.
- Do not use light switches, plugs, doorbells or anything that could spark, and do not smoke or light a flame.
- If anyone has headaches, dizziness or sickness that ease when they go outside, leave the property and get medical advice. These can be signs of carbon monoxide.
- Do not use the boiler again until a Gas Safe registered engineer has checked it.
